NurRidge Growth Proposal by MarketinGear

Finding targeted B2B decision-makers is challenging. We do it for NurRidge.

NurRidge already offers what commercial buyers need: custom sizes, trade pricing, white-label shipping and recurring production. What's missing is a steady way to reach the people who choose suppliers, and enough proof to win their trust. MarketinGear qualifies the right accounts, finds the exact decision-makers and books meetings for your team, while fixing the website and search gaps that slow buyers down.

A strong offer that buyers can't fully see yet

NurRidge prints, stretches, frames and ships canvas from its Sacramento studio, for single pieces up to multi-property projects. The wholesale page already promises trade pricing, white-label shipping, recurring production and dedicated account support. Few local competitors can say the same.

Commercial buyers need more than a promise before they shortlist a supplier. They need to see similar work, understand how ordering works and find an easy way to start. Right now, NurRidge's website, search presence and sales process don't give them that.

Seven gaps standing between NurRidge and commercial buyers

We reviewed NurRidge's website, search presence and buyer journey. Each gap below is tied to what it costs the business and the work we'll do to close it.

Pain 1

Buyers can't see proof of commercial work

What we saw

  • The site speaks to businesses, but every testimonial describes a home or living room, and the same three quotes repeat.
  • Portfolio images show no client type, quantity, size or setting.
  • Several images appear generated rather than photographed in your studio, and a portfolio heading references another brand's name.

What it costs you

Every sales conversation starts with low trust. Commercial buyers shortlist suppliers who can show a project like theirs.

What we'll do

  • Set up a proof collection routine after every completed B2B order
  • Write and publish commercial case studies as client permissions allow
  • Provide a production photo and video shot list for your team
  • Rewrite the portfolio with project context and replace generic testimonials with verified B2B ones
Pain 2

One message for six different buyers

What we saw

  • The wholesale page names artists, photographers, designers, galleries, offices, print partners and hospitality venues, with one line for each.

What it costs you

A designer asks about specs, finishes and lead times. A reseller asks how white-label orders protect their client. A hotel project manager asks about deadlines. When the site answers none of these, good prospects leave quietly.

What we'll do

  • Agree on the priority buyer segments with you
  • Build dedicated landing pages for the first three segments
  • Add segment-specific FAQs, proof and calls to action
Pain 3

Buyers have to call before they can evaluate you

What we saw

  • Material specs sit on separate service pages. There's no single place covering production windows, size ranges, order minimums, proofing, packaging or damage handling. Minimums are "discussed during onboarding."

What it costs you

Quoting takes longer, your team answers the same questions repeatedly, and buyers favor suppliers whose terms are easier to understand.

What we'll do

  • Build a commercial capabilities page and a downloadable spec sheet
  • Write a buyer FAQ from the real questions your team receives
  • Confirm every operational detail with you before it goes live
Pain 4

There's no easy way to start a commercial project

What we saw

  • Every "Request Quote" button, including the wholesale "Let's Join Us" button, opens a visualizer built for one piece at a time. There's no trade application.

What it costs you

A buyer sourcing 40 pieces in mixed sizes can't send a brief, so they send an incomplete inquiry or go elsewhere.

What we'll do

  • Add a commercial project quote form for quantities, sizes, deadline, delivery site and file uploads
  • Build a trade partner application page
  • Keep the visualizer for single-piece orders
Pain 5

Search engines and AI assistants can't tell what NurRidge does

What we saw

  • The homepage title is "nurridge.com – NurRidge," and the description "Arts/Painting framing services" repeats across pages.
  • The main heading is a slogan with no service or location in it.
  • A navigation link points to the nurridge.myshopify.com domain, most images have no alt text, and the brand name appears in three spellings.
  • There are no buyer guides or articles for search engines or AI tools to reference.

What it costs you

Buyers who search for wholesale canvas printing, or ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for a Sacramento canvas supplier, are shown competitors.

What we'll do

  • Run a technical and on-page SEO audit, then fix what it finds
  • Make the brand name and business details consistent across the website, Google Business Profile, directories and social profiles
  • Add structured data and publish buyer resources each month
  • Audit and optimize the Google Business Profile and set up a review request routine
Pain 6Core focus

No steady route to the people who choose suppliers

What we saw

  • The website links to no LinkedIn presence, and there are no sales materials to send a prospect. On hotel, restaurant and office projects, the interior designer or art consultant often picks the art supplier.

What it costs you

New business depends on referrals and on buyers who happen to find you. Generic outreach lands in shared inboxes or with people who don't choose suppliers, so it rarely turns into a meeting.

What we'll do

  • Research and qualify target accounts by fit, project type and timing, refreshed monthly
  • Identify the exact decision-maker at each account: the interior designer, art consultant, owner, or project or procurement manager
  • Write personalized LinkedIn and email outreach for each decision-maker, starting in week 5
  • Book meetings with interested decision-makers and hand them to the NurRidge team
  • Set up the LinkedIn company page and optimize the founder's profile
  • Prepare outreach materials, including a capabilities PDF and case study one-pagers
Pain 7

Leads, quotes and past clients aren't tracked

What we saw

  • This can't be seen from outside, so we'll confirm it in discovery. We'll check analytics, Search Console, call and form tracking, and whether a CRM is in use.

What it costs you

Quotes go cold, one-time buyers don't come back, and there's no way to know which marketing produces profitable orders.

What we'll do

  • Set up analytics, Search Console, and form and call tracking
  • Build a simple pipeline running from lead to meeting, quote, order and repeat order
  • Add quote follow-up and past-client check-in reminders
  • Send a monthly report tied to inquiries and orders

Finding the right person is the hardest part of B2B sales. We do it for you.

Most commercial outreach fails before the first message is sent. It goes to a shared inbox, or to someone who doesn't choose suppliers. Reaching the person who picks the art supplier takes hours of research and a personal message for every single account.

Qualify every account.

Each business is checked for fit before it reaches a list: project type, size, timing and whether it buys custom canvas or framing.

Find the exact decision-maker.

We identify who selects suppliers at each account, whether that's the interior designer, art consultant, owner, or project or procurement manager.

Write every message personally.

Each message refers to the account's own projects and needs, so it reads as a conversation rather than a campaign.

Hand over booked meetings.

Interested decision-makers are booked into meetings with the NurRidge team.

Your team should spend its hours on buyers who are ready to talk. We spend ours finding them.

A steady build, not a rush

The first three months lay the groundwork: research, systems and the first round of fixes. Outreach starts in week 5, once targets, materials and tracking are ready.

  1. 1

    Weeks 1–4

    Discover and set up

    • Discovery session with your team on capacity, margins, ideal clients and past projects
    • Website, SEO, AI search, Google Business Profile and tracking audits
    • Priority buyer segments agreed
    • Target account research, lead qualification and the first decision-maker list
    • Tracking and pipeline set up, plus first quick fixes to titles, descriptions and broken links
  2. 2

    Weeks 5–12

    Build and launch

    • Personalized LinkedIn and email outreach begins in week 5
    • First meetings with decision-makers handed to the NurRidge team
    • Commercial quote form, trade partner page and capabilities page built
    • First segment landing page live
    • Google Business Profile optimized and review routine running
    • Proof collection routine started, with the first case study as permissions allow
  3. 3

    Months 4–6

    Expand and refine

    • New qualified accounts and decision-makers added each month
    • Outreach adjusted based on replies and meetings
    • Remaining segment landing pages and monthly buyer resources
    • More case studies and project content
  4. 4

    Month 7 onward

    Grow what works

    • More effort on the channels producing qualified inquiries
    • A small, capped paid search test, if tracking supports it

What to expect

Outreach can open conversations within the first few months. Search and AI visibility build gradually and usually take four to six months or longer to show steady movement. We report progress honestly at every stage.

One monthly package, three workstreams

Each month you receive a task plan, the completed work and a report. The research, targeting and campaign planning behind it remain part of our service.

Our commitments

  • Leads and meetings: We promise lead generation and scheduled meetings with decision-makers. We don't promise a set number of leads or confirmed sales, because the NurRidge team runs the meetings and closes the deals.

  • Rankings: We promise ranking improvements for target searches, not an exact position.

  • Revenue: We never promise revenue figures, because no honest agency can.

  • Every month: We deliver the agreed work, report openly on results, and shift effort toward what produces qualified orders.

What we need to get started

  • Access to Shopify, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console, plus social accounts
  • One point of contact who can answer questions within two business days
  • Confirmed production details: lead times, size ranges, minimums and trade pricing rules
  • Photos of past commercial projects, and introductions to clients willing to share feedback
  • A 30-minute review call each month
